ODEBOLT, Iowa - Keeping a pulse on innovation in the agriculture industry continues to be a priority for Lundell Plastics, as the Iowa-based plastics manufacturer prepares to wrap-up an extremely active 2013-2014 trade show season. Lundell Plastics has already exhibited at five premier farm shows this season and will make it six with their attendance at the 48th Annual Triumph of Ag Expo in Omaha, Neb. (March 12 - 13). The Triumph of Ag Expo, which is known as one of the largest indoor short line farm machinery shows, boasts a diverse lineup of agricultural products and services totaling over 900 exhibits.
During the past few months, President Vance Lundell and his team have traveled to Minnesota and North Dakota to attend FarmFest (Redwood Falls, Minn.) and Big Iron (Fargo, ND). The team also exhibited at the Iowa Power Farming show and Nebraska Power Farming show in Des Moines, Iowa, and Lincoln, Neb. respectively, as well as attended the nation's largest indoor farm show, the National Farm Machinery Show, in Louisville, Ky.
"We continue to grow our trade show presence as we see the value of staying in front of farmers," says Lundell. "By staying active at regional and national industry events, we're better able to connect with growers that are looking for ways to improve the efficiency of their operation. For example, farmers are continuously telling us that utilizing our UHMW and poly cupped product upgrades are helping them significantly extend the life of their equipment."
